​報名表格

本會將以電話聯絡安排試音。申請人須於試音前繳交 HK$150 報名費及一張近照（繳費詳情會以電郵發出）。惟無論試音成功與否，已繳交之報名費概不退還。試音詳情請參閱試音須知。

The orchestra will contact applicants by phone to arrange the audition. An application fee of HK$150 and one recent photo must be submitted before the audition (payment details will be sent by email). The application fee is non-refundable regardless of the audition result. Please refer to the Audition Requirement for details.
