Following last year’s acclaimed performances and flash mobs, MYO is ready to reach new heights. This summer, join Artistic Director Ms. Synthia Ko as we bring our music, ranging from classical works to our signature “Hong Kong Taste and Nostalgia” program to captivate audiences in Japan.

We will take the stage for two unforgettable concerts: one at the renowned Tsukuba Nova Hall, and another at the prestigious Sunpearl Arakawa Concert Hall, presented by Live Exsam Inc. and Take Proceed Inc. In addition to our own rehearsals, we will collaborate with the talented Tsukuba Junior Orchestra and perform alongside rising Japanese vocalist Mr. Takumi Torio of REAL TRAUM in a special rendition of the iconic Canton Pop ballad, Boundless Sea and Sky.

Beyond the stage, students will immerse themselves in Japanese arts and culture, exploring traditional instruments like the Shakuhachi, Koto, and Taiko drums, joining a summer festival in Yukata, and learning Japanese dance. Other highlights include a school visit, a heartfelt “music to serve” performance, and a warm welcome from the Mayor of Tsukuba.
