ALAN WONG
Beginners Program Principal Conductor
"From the tender first notes in a kindergarten classroom to the soaring crescendos of the orchestra, I believe music education is a bridge that carries a child’s soul from silence to piece. I pour my heart into shaping an orchestra where every young musician’s spirit intertwines, creating a sound that trembles with the beauty of their unity and the depth of our shared love for music."
Alan Wong is the Principal Conductor of Metropolitan Youth Orchestra Beginners Program. He worked as an educator, conductor, and violin instructor through different international schools and youth orchestras.
